Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders honor the price at checkout.
Payment
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and WhatsApp-confirmed prepaid orders. Full payment is required before dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays due to weather, carrier issues or regional disruptions are beyond our control, and we'll always keep you informed.
Product
Because chocolate is a natural, handcrafted product, minor variation in appearance is normal. Actual product may differ slightly from images.
Liability
Bonbella Delights is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any order is the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction in India.
